After investigating a series of different wallets I found that using 250gsm card is the best to use so that it is strong enough to hold its structure yet soft enough to bend without tearing.
The template for them is below: when ordered the cards will come like this so they can be printed via screen
Prices for the CD plain is £2.15 whereas for an extra 25p a full colour print can be added.
I ordered some of the matt finished Cd's for purposes of screen, I did not want gloss finished as it looks to plastic and loses its qualities
